Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive a box every month until you cancel.

Your payment details are stored securely. You'll be charged on the calendar day you subscribe for your first box, and all renewals are charged on the 21st of every following month.

Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel.

Cancelling or changing your subscription

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order, and you can manage your subscription from there, or from your account profile under Subscriptions.

6-month prepaid

The 6-month prepaid plan is one payment for six monthly boxes. Your boxes still ship monthly, on the 1st.

It renews automatically for another six boxes and keeps renewing until you turn renewal off. The price is not locked: each renewal is charged at the box price when it renews, which may be higher than you paid before. You will be emailed before your next renewal.

You can turn off renewal at any time from your account under Subscriptions. Turning off renewal stops the next term only: you will still receive every box in the term you have already paid for, through to the end of that six-month period.

Payments for a prepaid term are not refunded.
