Shipping policy

Free U.S. shipping

Every Honsama subscription box and every add-on ships free to the lower 48. Shipping is included in the price you see on the product page, so nothing extra gets added at checkout.

We ship by USPS Media Mail.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories

We still ship to you. USPS sets the rate for these addresses, so checkout will quote you the live USPS rate for your address before you pay.

We only ship within the U.S. right now.

Shipping schedule

Our shipment cut-off is the 21st of each month for both Monthly Manga Boxes and Add-Ons. If you subscribe on or before the 21st, your first box will ship at the start of the following month. If you subscribe after the 21st, your first box will ship a month later, as you'll have missed the cut-off.

Example:

Subscribe on November 21 → Box ships December

Subscribe on November 25 → Box ships January

Recurring subscribers will get their boxes shipped every 1st of the month.

Changing your address

Update your shipping address in your account under Subscriptions, or email us at support@honsama.com. Get the change to us before the 21st cut-off so it lands on that month's label.

If a volume arrives damaged

Email support@honsama.com and we'll take care of it. Ripped pages, ripped covers, ink or cover stains, and printing errors that make pages unreadable are covered by our Refund Policy, refunded volume by volume.

If your box is lost or comes back to us

If tracking says delivered and the box isn't there, or the box comes back to us as undeliverable, email support@honsama.com and we'll sort it out with you.
