Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges/Damaged Books

Due to the nature of our subscription box service, we do not accept returns. However, upon receiving your box you notice damaged book/books due to our handling or our carriers, please contact us immediately at support@honsama.com.

What can be considered as damaged:

  • Ripped pages
  • Ripped Cover
  • Ink Stains/Cover Stains
  • Damage/Printing Error that makes pages unreadable

Books are refunded on a book by book basis meaning, we will refund the full price of the MSRP for whichever book in damaged.

Refunds
If our support team approves your inquiry, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
